Everything was clean and the personnel were super nice, but it’s quite far from both the city center and the railway station.

It was clean, neat, and safe, with room service available and a comfortable bathroom. Finding the place was easy, and the staff were very kind during our late check‑in. The air conditioning had some technical issues, the staff struggled with English, and the room service was a bit slow. The room looked slightly shabby, though it was very clean.

The room was clean and the manager was polite and helpful—he understood our need for a lift as senior citizens, arranged a cab for us at no charge, and Mr. Ravinder deserves applause for his service and kindness. The location, lack of a lift, and the view not matching the video are disappointing; please indicate whether your properties have a lift or not.
