The house and its grounds were gorgeous, and the hosts made us feel very welcome and secure; it’s only a 5‑minute walk to downtown Napa, offering great value, and the rooms were beautiful—no complaints at all.

The owners’ story is intellectual and culturally rich, making the place better than the facilities; Joanna and Brian are worth the stay, the house feels like a French chateau in a great spot, Martha treats guests wonderfully and offers little surprises that bring a smile, yet breakfast was just okay, the shower was tiny, and the room’s smell wasn’t fresh.
