“Horrific nightmare stay places infested with nasty bed bugs”

Nothing was broken, the toilet was broken, the shower was broken, and the bed was crawling with horrible bed bugs. You’d be better off sleeping outside on the street than staying in one of these rooms. Everything, and the owner Chi, is a greedy man who owns multiple properties and earns hundreds of thousands a year, yet he won’t refund me for the massive issues in this stay and the fact I was forced to leave two nights early from a seven‑night booking. His staff also threatened and harassed me out of the building early for reporting a toilet leak and were too scared to mention the bed bugs until I fled the hotel because of how aggressive Chi is. Don’t stay at any of Chi’s properties, including the Regency Hotel properties he owns.

The room was never cleaned. A low‑voltage bulb lit the space, but it was terribly dim—nothing was visible. The refrigerator that was installed doesn’t work.

Good value for money. The bathroom was far too small—the wash basin overhangs the lavatory, making it difficult to sit on!

“Extremely poor, this is more a hostel environment”

Awful. I had to leave shortly after check‑in and I’m still waiting for a response about a refund. I was also unable to contact the property for resolution, and they have ignored both my messages and those from another guest. This property is shocking and nothing like the images. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and there was a distinct smell of cannabis. The room was tiny, the bathroom barely fit a person, and there wasn’t even a proper shower—just a shower head on the wall, so you basically had to stand on the toilet to use it. It was dirty, small, and uncomfortable. I didn’t even want to stay because it felt unsafe.
