Ubicación, limpieza y comodidade. El personal de recepción es algo tosco y no muy pasciente. No hay utensilios de cocina, todo hay que pedirlo en recepción, eso es algo tedioso

The room was very spacious for the price, but parking was horrible—after a concert we got back around 11 and there was no available parking except on the street, which is ridiculous; the overnight desk “on duty” was outside smoking and didn’t even offer help, and the bed was very uncomfortable with horrible pillows.

The spot was great, but the kitchenettes offered nothing useful, and buying supplies from the hotel was ridiculously expensive; the washer was broken and front desk told me I’d have to wait until morning to retrieve my clothes from the locked machine.
