We loved how friendly the staff were, the decor of the place, and how close it was to Piazza Grande, the lake, the city center, and the bus stops. Nothing to complain about.

The room was huge, well‑equipped, and the air‑conditioning was quiet. The welcome was great and the breakfast was perfect. The bed felt a bit hard for my taste.
