The staff are earnest and courteous, not the usual modern systematic approach—for example, they pressed the elevator button for me, which was both surprising and appreciated. The equipment feels old.

The location was good, close to Harimaya Bridge and convenient for round‑trip flights to the airport. The staff were friendly and excellent. The bus and toilet were cramped and hard to use.
