The location is good, right in the city center. The room was very dirty, with cobwebs hanging everywhere and an unpleasant smell; none of the televisions worked, and the air conditioner was only for show.

The room was clean. However, there was no administration to contact, and after we returned the water was cut off; we could not find out why or when it would be restored. The television could not be turned on even though there was a manual, and there was no way to reach the administrator by phone or chatbot.

The room itself was comfortable, with a kettle, tea, coffee, a iron, and a fridge, and you could leave items there. The bomb shelter was in terrible condition; to reach it you had to pass through a deserted room that used to be a restaurant, and the lights were not working there, making it a scary place, so I never went down. The hair dryer also did not work.

The location is excellent, clean and comfortable. When the lights go out the room turns into a sauna; the air conditioner is mediocre and seems to need repair.
