The comfort is good. The kitchen used to be better; apart from breakfast, the rest is not good.

The location, rooms, friendly staff, and thalassotherapy were all very good. The food, however, didn’t live up to a five‑star standard; the large cafeteria felt impersonal and noisy.

Le niveau de propreté était excellent, un grand merci à madame Naima pour la qualité de son travail. Un grands merci aux valets et tous le personnel de l'hôtel. Equipe d'animation au top. Certains équipements défaillants dans la chambre : téléphones dans les chambres (pas de tonalité, coupures rendant la communication impossible avec l'accueil), lampes de chevet HS. Passage du service propreté dans les chambres un peu tardif (priorisation des départs, visites extérieures), compliqué quand on a des enfants en bas âge qui doivent faire la sieste
