Check‑in went smoothly, the room was good, and the staff were very nice, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

It was an interesting experience overall for a short stay, but when my cousins arrived, the room had a large exposed wall that someone later fixed; the next day a roach appeared, the downstairs guy killed it but offered no apology or room change; in my own room the front‑desk guy called while I was showering and insisted a mechanic had to install a bench in the shower that day, which was inconvenient because I was getting ready for a wedding; the front‑desk guy wasn’t flexible and insisted the mechanic had to come that day, even though it could have been scheduled between check‑outs when no guest was present; overall it was okay, but the staff were a bit odd and not the most helpful or flexible when problems came up.
