The hotel sits in the city center but in a quiet part of town. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The only downside was the elevator noise; otherwise everything was great.

The place was clean, the bed comfy, and the little patio was great; the AC worked well and it was quiet even with big concerts and fireworks nearby, though the Wi‑Fi was patchy—probably because we were on the very top floor.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch ein Check-In in der Nacht war kein Problem. Das inkludierte Frühstück (im Hotel gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite) war ebenfalls super lecker mit sehr freundlichen Personal und schönem Ausblick

The location is ideal—just a 2‑5 minute walk to the lake and close to all the shops in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and the area feels safer and less crowded than other spots there. As a group of ten, we could get around without needing to book rides. The staff were friendly and professional, even upgrading one of the rooms we had booked for our parents. Our rooms were clean, and the shower and toilet were spacious. For the free breakfast buffet we had to go to a hotel across the street, but the staff gladly helped us get there. Nothing to complain about; we loved this hotel!

I booked this room for two people in our group of ten, and it turned out to be larger than expected with a seating area that everyone in the party loved. Lawrence from the front desk clarified a mix‑up with our reservation, and thanks to his hospitality and excellent customer service everything went smoothly. The air‑conditioning didn’t cool the room enough, but it was still tolerable.
