The room was clean and spacious, located in a good spot, and I really appreciated the automated check‑in.

It was in a very good location, only a 17‑minute walk from the city centre, with nearby grocery stores, clothing shops, and restaurants. There were plenty of parking spaces in the area, and there was a free spot right in front of the building. The host didn’t speak English very well, and in the kitchen you can’t make a sandwich because there are no plates, knives, or similar items – that was what we missed.

I didn’t like it at all, everything was terrible and dirty. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. At 8 am they started hammering and drilling walls, and nobody took responsibility. We had to leave because the noise never stopped. They claim to have air conditioning, but that’s a lie – one room has it, the other doesn’t. There’s a manual cooler, but it isn’t even installed in the room; it’s on the balcony next to the room. The room never cools, so it’s pointless. Find any other place – it will be 100 times better. You’ll regret staying here. The staff don’t care about anything; they’re scammers. I never write negative reviews, but this place deserved one.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, and the building was in a very central location. A coffee machine and water dispenser were waiting for us upon arrival, and the check‑in procedures were clearly explained. The window was defective and hard to open. The bathroom, which had no window, had a non‑functional ventilation system, which is an unbearable handicap for such a small room. It wasn’t spotless, as seen in other reviews. The leather headboard was full of stains and hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom tap had mold stains, and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, I think the price is too high for that type of room. The owner, more interested in her own benefit than our well‑being, informed us on check‑in day that there is a camera in the corridor, but it wasn’t mentioned on the website. The host’s behaviour was not welcoming at all.
