The facilities themselves were clean, but I booked thinking it wasn't a capsule hotel from the photos, and the curtain divider made me wake up repeatedly from the neighbor's noise; I couldn't turn on the TV and slept at all.

The hotel’s location right by the station was great, but the chair in the room was dirty. In a capsule hotel the space is inevitably tight, and the filthy chair stood out and left me disappointed.

Free drinks, a nice view of the plaza, very clean, friendly staff, and close to the train were all highlights, yet laundry services were not available.
