“The hotel was great, breakfast is extra. Staff was great!”

My room was nice and clean, but the pillows were too soft for me, and the mattress felt the same. I stayed in room 610 at the far end of the corridor. I didn’t realize the rooms didn’t have microwaves, but a safe was available. I had to pay for breakfast if I wanted any; with the room price I would have expected it included. The hotel bar ran out of liquor and only the higher‑priced drinks were offered, which was unacceptable if you had no extra cash. They also ran out of food from the menu because the crowd was larger than expected. The location is great; it just needs better preparation.

I loved that it was right downtown and that you had valet. It was crazy expensive for two nights.

I liked the room; the city view was awesome. The hotel’s location was great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Everyone was very helpful when I needed something. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
