The bed was comfortable and the room stayed very quiet even though it was right by the elevator, but the bathroom smelled of mildew and the breakfast items that should have been warm—eggs, potatoes, etc.—were only tepid at best; getting in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare because our key never worked and we had to ask for help every single time; there were unattended adolescents in the pool who were unsafe, climbing on and jumping off the handicap pool lift chair, and security did nothing about it, so we had to leave the pool because it wasn’t a fun environment.
