Excellent hotel, the service is top‑class and the staff is professional and helpful. The location is great—there’s a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s tucked into a narrow alley, but taxis can reach the hotel. The massages and breakfast are superb. Nothing to add.

The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were equally nice. There were many small touches focused on wellbeing. We were offered a 30‑minute massage to make up for the noise from construction in the adjacent building. However, there was a lack of flexibility with early breakfast times; when we were leaving Java early in the morning, we were immediately offered a take‑away breakfast instead of the usual schedule.
