The place was clean and modern, but I couldn’t stay because of a power outage.

The staff were great, the bed was comfortable, and the room stayed tidy, yet the price of $175 a night for a plain no‑frills room was excessive, there was no coffee maker, and the chair was not comfortable—really disappointing. Corporate should rethink this brand; it doesn’t match Hilton standards, and I won’t return.

There was nothing notable, and we always stay here, but the place was dirty!

Every staff member, from check‑in to the breakfast crew, was friendly and helpful, the facilities were spotless, and traveling alone I felt safe.

The carpet in the hallways and elevators was dirty and the bedding was graying and torn, which is exactly what I mentioned earlier.
