The setting and location of the hotel were great. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were generous and well‑made. However the thermal and sound insulation was poor; the broken window seals let in cold air, especially at night.

The room door opens right onto the parking lot, just one meter from the nearest car. Smoking and drinking are banned throughout the hotel and garden. Across the parking lot, eight meters away, there is an eight‑by‑five‑metre room where forty or fifty people sleep together on mattresses on the floor, singing and chanting religious hymns. We had no electricity all night. None of this was mentioned beforehand or during the booking process.

The place is top. The only drawback is that the check‑in time in the evening is a bit late, but we could work around it and it was still cool.

The room’s setting and the hotel’s location, plus the hosts’ friendliness; the bar behind the hotel plays music very late, which is a bit annoying for sleep—regrettable.
