The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was decent in size and clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. At check‑in, the front desk was initially unprepared even though the check‑in time was 4 pm and we arrived after that. The staff member didn’t make eye contact when it was our turn; instead she took a call from a customer, heard their complaint, and relayed the information to a housekeeper. I’m fine with that, but she should have acknowledged us, said something like “give me a minute, I’ll get to you,” or at least not act as if we were invisible.

I love the pool area, but parking should be included instead of charging extra for something you’re already paying to sleep in.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed smash burgers at the top‑floor restaurant; the room was nice for three adults. The trundle bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, so I moved to the sofa. With three adults in the room, when we asked for a third set of towels, coffee, etc., we were given everything except a third water bottle. They say the room accommodates six people—would it hurt to provide a water bottle per person? It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting to receive my $50 security deposit. I’ll probably have to call; they said it would take a few days.
