“Woher kommen die guten Bewertungen?”
Nothing good. The positive reviews confuse me. I asked for new towels, but they weren’t handed to me until I insisted, with the excuse that I should dry them on the fan. Only after persistence did they reluctantly give me new ones. That’s all the courtesy from the family. There was no room service, and at least they could sweep the floor (there were sand residues) or provide a broom. Shampoo and body wash were missing, though they’re cheap. I had to take out the trash myself, and they didn’t give me a new bag. Everything felt very indifferent. No one mentioned the location right next to the airport runway, which is extremely loud. I definitely cannot recommend this pousada; it’s by far the worst injustice of my trip.
