Just 1.7 km from Grotticelle Beach and the lighthouse, the resort is 69 km from Lamezia Terme Airport.

The facilities, location, evening buffet and breakfast, shuttle to the beach, garden and pool were all good. The only downside was that the beach was a walk away.

The location offers great views, a bit away from the sea but with a shuttle that runs on set times. If you’re driving and just want to relax, it’s a peaceful green spot. The property is well maintained, rooms are spacious and tidy, and the staff are friendly. My room was far from the restaurant and the pool. At the restaurant (a terrible system) dinner is at a fixed time, starting with a buffet of starters and sides, then the waiters rush in and it’s a horrible scene. Some people fill their plates, others barely get a bite. If you’re late, it’s even worse—nothing is left except the first and second courses that are served. The same goes for fruit and dessert. Table service is too fast; you don’t get a chance to savor the food. I don’t recommend the half board.

The resort is close to the beaches and other places to visit, and the way the pool and bar were organized was great. The breakfast was superb with freshly made crêpes, and dinner was also excellent.
