1 double bed

“Agradable.”
I appreciated the privacy and the breakfast, yet I had trouble getting to the location and figuring out where it was.
The location was okay, but contrary to the description there was no 24‑hour reception. We were in the accommodation completely alone and didn’t feel safe. When we requested a cancellation/refund, the accommodation did not cooperate.
“Não sei se vale a pena o custo benefício. Outras acomodações ofertariam melhores condições”
The location is excellent, but the rooms aren’t cleaned, the bathroom was leaking from the toilet, and the room is full of mold. It felt like a cage. The breakfast was weak, just to say that it has…
“Déçue par cette réservation.”
I liked Valladolid’s colorful streets and the beautiful convent, and the magical visit to Cenote Zaci and the pyramid of Chichén Itzá; the room was spacious and the location was fairly good. However, the listing’s description and photos no longer match reality, seeming to be from several years ago and giving the impression of a homestay (“Casa de Ines y Victoria”), whereas it’s actually a dedicated rental with no host or contact with the owner. The room is large but very run-down and abandoned; the décor is non-existent: frames merely hide holes in the walls, there was only one broken hanger in the closet, and no welcome or information documents. It feels like you’re just lodged, not welcomed. The bathroom is dark, sad, and uninviting. The biggest issue is the “kitchenette”: a barely set-up outdoor space. It rained every day during my stay and I literally cooked my feet in the water. Utensils were on open cement shelves where lizards and other small creatures roamed. The equipment was in a very concerning state: the stove was extremely dirty and corroded, the sponges were worn and viscous, the pot was dented, the sink was rusty and limescale‑covered, and the gear was old and obviously very worn. Moreover, several items advertised were missing: microwave, toaster, and kettle. Upon arrival I contacted the owner to report the missing items and simply ask for a replacement stove and sponges. Her only reply was that I could leave, and she even tried to cancel the booking. She never came to inspect the problems or offer a solution. I had to buy a minimum amount of kitchen supplies myself and go out to eat much more often than expected. I’m leaving this review so future travelers know what to expect.
“Struttura comoda e pratica; buona qualità/prezzo”
The building is nice and well‑located, close to Valladolid’s center, and street parking is easy to find. The room is very spacious and simple, clean with a comfortable bathroom (a gem: the bathroom entrance in a saloon style!). Breakfast is good and included in the price (no menu choice, but substantial). The furniture is a bit old, but for the price offered there’s nothing to complain about.
