The atmosphere is pleasant, the amenities are good, the room is comfortable and the TV works well, though I had to ask the front desk for extra teabags, which isn’t a huge issue overall.

The location is great! The breakfast is simple but delicious. I stayed five nights, only eating breakfast on the first and last days; the other mornings I ate out to avoid getting bored. The front desk was very friendly and allowed me to check luggage, which was fantastic. The rooms are quite small; two 28‑inch suitcases don’t fit fully, which is a bit of a hassle.

The location is very good and access to Tenjin and Nakasu was convenient, with no particular complaints.

The environment is clean, the independent air conditioning is excellent, and even after staying four days I could choose whether to have the room cleaned or just receive fresh towels and supplies, which was great. The staff were friendly and everything was perfect. No negatives.
