Overall it was fine, but the address listed was incorrect and the contact number didn’t work.

I couldn't even locate the reception, and the place was pitch dark. Every phone number I dialed went straight to voicemail. I ended up leaving and driving back to Heidelberg, ruining my weekend. I can't find any contact details to request a refund.

I couldn’t get in because the numbers provided didn’t answer, so I didn’t stay. I canceled and asked for a refund, but I haven’t seen the money yet. No one answered the phone and there’s no refund yet. You can’t expect people to wait in a remote spot in front of a gate with no way to reach the premises. I won’t recommend this platform to anyone and will never use it again.

The view was beautiful, but when we got to the gate we called the number and the person who answered immediately hung up. Calling again, the operator spoke a language we didn’t understand and then hung up again, so we waited 15 minutes at the gate. The gate was manual and when I opened it I got shocked, and the same happened when I closed it. At the accommodation there was nobody and everything was locked, so we waited 10 minutes and no one appeared. I drove to the house, saw cars parked, knocked on the door, and a woman answered and said she would call someone to help us. After a while she came out and took us to the accommodation, and then a few more people ran over to check us in. It was obvious they didn’t know we had booked. In the room the light flickered, so we had to replace the bulb. In the bathroom the roof leaked over the toilet, leaving only one roll of wet toilet paper. There was no hot water, and the gas stove and oven had no igniter button, and no matches or lighters were provided. Bugs were also found under the duvet.
