Choosing a place like this means you have to know where you’re going. No luxury, but very nice, the forest is loud and you can feel nature. Plenty of animals around, a spot for a campfire, a tent, etc. Inside, it’s meant for about two people, yet we were four, so it felt cramped; after seeing the photos I thought it would be a bit bigger. Overall, I highly recommend it; the owner gave clear, specific instructions. An extra treat was the little animal living in the cabin—some cute squirrel‑like creature. SUPER. The only thing I would change is to ditch the mattresses and leave a plain lounge chair made from some board; I’m scared to think what might live in such a mattress, even though it looked fairly clean at first glance.
Very exciting to sleep there. Great spot. The previous guest left the remaining food, so I had to clean the place.
“Geweldig”
The location, the treehouse is really in a forest where at night nobody comes and it’s really quiet. There is no toilet or running water, so you have to keep that in mind when booking this accommodation. Also, when you arrive in the dark, it takes a moment to find your way because you really see nothing.
“Beautiful treahut in an amazing location.”
Amazing, unique spot to stay. Beautiful location, plexiglass in front of the windows so no wind. Friendly owner. Nicely camouflaged if you’re in the field, you’re already too far. There’s a piece of wood you can use to “barricade” the door from the inside. No place for trash. Please bring it to one of the trash bins at the bus stops.
No wooden tent, but with a mattress. Cutting trees in the area wouldn’t hurt. The info that you can see the mountains from here is a bit misleading; you have to go a bit further to actually see something. 👋
