Guests enjoy expansive ocean views from a large front terrace, a cozy fireplace lounge, and nearby attractions: Niantic Park tennis courts (10 min), Flying Horses Carousel (7 min), and Oak Bluffs shops and dining (10 min).

The house is gorgeous, the location excellent, and hostess Colleen is wonderful and extremely accommodating. The mattresses might need an update.

The spot was great, the vibe and coziness were spot on, but the real highlight was our host Coleen, who went above and beyond to make everything unforgettable. I’d definitely suggest it.

Had an absolutely pleasant stay. Ms. Colleen went above and beyond. I enjoyed her breakfast and the morning chats that kicked off my days. I’ll definitely return. She’s now family and I already miss her.

The place sits right across from Inkwell Beach and is a short walk to the main streets of Oak Bluff. Colleen is a real gem, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She cooked a hot, made‑to‑order breakfast for us, plus offered other options, and her knowledge of Martha’s Vineyard was impressive. The service was exceptional and courteous.
