I found the bed uncomfortable, and there was no hot water available even after multiple requests. In the restaurant, we had to wait a long time for our food, and part of it arrived completely cold. The surroundings and nature were not appealing.

Anita at the front desk was incredibly friendly and polite, and Marika in the kitchen was endlessly kind and helpful, someone you can always count on and definitely deserves a special greeting; however, there was no hot water for showering in B1.

The room was well‑equipped, and the property offered billiards, bowling, a pool and a comfy bed, but my friends were moved to building B even though our Booking reservation was for building A, and the reception claimed it was a Booking error; after a Booking representative intervened, they were able to return to the correct building A after one night.

I was shocked when the receptionist tried to charge me 194 Euro in tourist tax, while the real amount was only 4 Euro. Every room was filthy, with cobwebs and dust everywhere.
