Check‑in went smoothly and the public transport links were good, the coffee was tasty, but the hot water in the wellness area took a long time to arrive.

“Schöner Kurzaufenthalt”

We stayed for a hiking holiday, three adults over two nights, the rooms were clean, the breakfast service was very friendly and the food excellent, the sauna area was pleasant, the location was good and the Italian restaurant next door was great, but there was only one sauna towel per person (what do you put on the relaxation bed?), no soap in the sauna shower (for sunscreen etc.), some shower heads were limescale‑covered, the silicone seams in the bathroom were partly black, the shower hose looked unattractive, the elevator still didn’t work – there was no notice about this before arrival (breakfast area and rooms start at the 1st floor).

Location, breakfast, staff top. Jacuzzi dirty and unusable. Steam bath not operating.

“Nettes, gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage am Achensee”

Nice staff, great breakfast, pleasant ambience in the reception and breakfast area. Comfortable bed. Fridge with drinks and coffee machine at the entrance. Good location by the lake. A small minibar fridge in the room would be nice. New towels and room cleaning cost extra, which is a pity.

“Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt”

Breakfast was good, but lacked variety. The house was very pleasant, would gladly return. It would be nice to have two water glasses in the room and light cushions for the balcony chairs. Unfortunately the elevator stopped working from the second day of our stay, which can happen.
