The location is superb, right on the walkable route to Bergen’s town centre and perfect for cycling through the Schoorler dunes. The hotel offers a nice wellness area that we enjoyed, but because it is also family‑friendly, the pool area repeatedly creates situations that make an undisturbed stay impossible.

Breakfast was great, the location was beautiful, calm, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is fine, but the chlorine smell is extremely strong; it could definitely be a bit less.

The room was lovely, the surroundings fantastic, check‑in was smooth, and the bikes were good. The breakfast was truly excellent with plenty of tasty and healthy options.
