The AC was noisy, the TV wasn’t working, and the showerhead sprayed water onto the floor.

We didn’t stay there, but the hotel smells terrible, like years of heavy smoking; my wife wouldn’t stay there, and even though we asked for a non‑smoking room, the whole room still smelled bad.
