Walking from the station takes about 15 minutes, and the nearby bus stop makes getting to Yilan easy; the laundry area lets me dry clothes, cutting the cost of a laundry service. The dormitory sits on the third floor, and the handle on the luggage locker is set back, so a small padlock won’t fit; the drying space feels a bit messy and isn’t ideal for keeping clothes dry.

Staying in the tent room felt like a thoughtfully curated space; each person had a separate tent that could be fully covered, giving a calm personal area even in the shared space. The overall décor and bright colors made for a great sleep and a good mood. The site is a bit farther out—about a 15‑minute walk to the Luodong transfer station and a 20‑minute walk to the night market—but the overall charm of strolling around Luodong still shines through.
