The place was in a good spot, but the room felt very old and had a smell like mothballs, and the staff weren't very friendly. The price‑to‑quality ratio was not good.

It’s a beautiful place to stay, located in the center with all conveniences nearby. The staff are delightful and well‑prepared to help with anything; the rooms are always clean, and the pool is the perfect way to finish the day. We stayed four days before moving on, then returned for one night and the ladies were super happy and welcoming to see us again.

The location in Chiang Mai’s city centre is great. It feels a bit dated and the value for money is disappointing.
