I liked everything. The service was spectacular and each day the staff left a surprise. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of an elevator, which makes it hard for people with luggage.

“Siamo stati bene, ma non ci tornerei”

The room matched the photos exactly, the bed was high, large, and comfortable. The room was clean and the location made it easy to reach the city centre. I didn’t like that there was only a portable air‑conditioner that made a loud, annoying noise, yet we had to sleep through the night or risk the room reaching 30 °C. Also, while the location is convenient for getting into the centre (about 1 km), the area isn’t very lively and the presence of all those adult venues didn’t help. I now understand why it cost less than the average of nearby hotels.

“Schön mit kleinen Mankos”

The room was chic, spacious, tidy, and came with plenty of amenities. However, it was very loud because of its location on a street right next to a bar and a nightclub. There were hardly any free power outlets because everything was already plugged in, and the fridge had an unpleasant smell.

“Prima verblijf voor één nacht”

The place is about a 10‑minute walk from Zürich Hauptbahnhof and it was spotlessly clean. Nothing negative to mention; we had a great stay.
