The location was fine, yet the parking feels too far away – actually 12 to 15 minutes as advertised, but you have to climb up to the panoramic road, squeeze through alleys and a neighborhood that could feel unsafe in the dark. No cameras and the key and lock combo is controlled by many people, so I’m not convinced it’s safe. Even though the staff were never rude, they weren’t friendly either. They just did what they promised but didn’t show flexibility or better service. I get that rules exist to prevent abuse, but some flexibility would help.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. However, the cleanliness was awful—there were cockroaches and stains on the walls, including various bodily fluids. There is no natural ventilation or windows; the only AC is a mobile unit that is very noisy. I found it odd that the sliding door only opened from the other side, which is a mirror outside the bathroom.
