“Great hotel within the city centre, within easy walking distances to every major attraction.”

The property sits in a prime spot in the city centre, just a two‑minute walk from a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were outstanding and handled everything with ease. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes and two coffee machines so you never wait in line. The rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning worked independently at your set temperature. The only downside was that the room description mentioned a kettle, but you have to ask for it. My room was small, but since I was traveling alone it wasn’t a big issue; there was plenty of space for luggage and clothes. I had a balcony overlooking the square but couldn’t open the outer windows for fear of breaking them.

“Great location and comfortable room”

The place is in a great spot, right near the key sites. Everyone on the staff was warm and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room itself was clean with decent amenities. Breakfast was fine, though the selection was limited. Street noise seeped in, but the windows did a decent job of dampening it. The walls were thin, so you could hear the hallway, the room next door, and the one below. The mini‑fridge in the room made a lot of noise at times.

“Uma lástima! Tratamento debochado, descaso e depois de muito esforço, conseguimos devolução de apenas um dia com nossa s”

Hotel muito ruim, nosso cofre foi violado, não nos deram qualquer explicação além de dizer que a pilha pulou sozinha por segurança dos bens guardados!!!!. Até lençóis sujos de sangue tivemos que enfrentar, além de um box cujas dimensões debocham das medidas de uma pessoa dita padrão!
