“Odd experience but location wise - it’s great.”

The windowless rooms are a let‑down; I’d rather have natural light. I paid for a birthday package for my daughter who loves balloons, but we entered the room with only five balloons in the bed—an enormous disappointment.

“Lovely stay worth the money”

The room featured high ceilings and fantastic showers, plus a built‑in Bluetooth speaker that was lovely, making it feel very cozy. I didn’t appreciate that when I opened the floor‑to‑ceiling curtains, the view was a direct line to the street where people could sit outside and see straight into the room.

It’s easy to get to, the location is pretty, and the staff are friendly. The room was in the wrong spot, right next to the reception, with a lot of noise and a door that didn’t close properly, letting a lot of hallway sound in. The interior door slammed hard into the reception lock, so I woke up almost every hour thinking someone was entering my room. The room was tiny, far smaller than the other rooms I usually stay in.

The location is fine. The atmosphere feels flat, and the room is very cramped. I booked a parking spot for several days; it was only cancelled if I needed to leave in between, and then I couldn’t get it back.
