The location is convenient and the car park is secure. The open shower in the bathroom, likely meant for disabled guests, splashed water everywhere; a squeegee mop would have solved that.

The couple running the place are absolutely charming and helpful; we’ll gladly return when we’re back in the area. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are spotless and functional.

A bed that was super comfy and the room was so sound‑proof that you could barely hear the cars on the 4‑way. Breakfast was generous. I’d just suggest extending the breakfast hours to 9:30 am on weekdays for late‑risers, and fixing the bedside outlet in room 5 (smiles).
