The staff, especially Restaurant Manager Aksar, are excellent and ready to help, and the food is tasty enough that you don’t have to go out. Be prepared to tip security and lobby staff, which is common in Kanpur. For senior citizens, the steep steps from the ground to the lobby are difficult; installing a small escalator or lift would improve the entrance and benefit guests.
