The room was clean, but the breakfast needs improvement—everything was vacuum‑sealed and not great, and the coffee machine was bad. We had no one to greet us, more staff were needed, and the spa was out of service. We couldn’t drive to the room because of roadworks, and in the evening the terrace café was right in front of us.

The place was clean and welcoming, and our room was meticulously cared for, spotless and tidy—something you don’t always find. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked the breakfast to feature more local products and fewer commercial ones, and a savory option would be a good addition, since not everyone prefers sweet breakfasts.

A great stay in the old town, all modern and tastefully renovated. We felt very comfortable and were right in the heart of the city, walking to everything. Parking is a bit outside (free and paid options), a 5–10 minute walk because the old town is off‑limits. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the small square, letting us watch the lively scene. Breakfast is on the top floor, which has a lovely terrace but only one table. We missed a wardrobe—only an open hanger was available—and the breakfast felt impersonal; it was all set up with only sweet Italian items, and no staff were there to clear or restock. The terrace also lacked 2–3 tables for morning seating.
