The place didn’t throw in breakfast and the neighborhood feels a bit unsafe, which was a let‑down. On top of that the housekeeping was sloppy – I found hair in the sheets and even saw a few cockroaches at night. The room constantly smelled like damp, like something was wet underneath.

It’s handy being close to the airport and the lady at the front desk was really friendly. Unfortunately the room had a musty odor and the hallway outside reeked of dog.

Good spot, cheap price and they even have a spot for motorcycles, plus the staff were nice enough. The shower water would pool and there was a little leak onto the bathroom tile in room 5, and the whole place smelled damp. To make matters worse, there was a strong pet smell coming from a locked cage and a baby crying at the reception early in the morning – not ideal for a light sleeper.

The cleaning was solid and Doña Andrea and her brother were genuinely friendly. I didn’t run into any problems at all.

The room was drenched in a stale, damp smell and the bathroom was in rough shape – the shower door didn’t work and the water pressure was barely a trickle.
