The staff was all so very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to Cottage rooms and they were very lovely. We had some spa services done as well and they were exceptional!!!! We felt very taken care of.

“Comfortable and culturally surprising”

The resort is beautiful and has all the amenities you’d expect for that price. The dinner buffet and breakfast were delicious despite a small selection of dishes. I wasn’t aware during booking that this resort is Indian owned and made for Indian tourists, which was unexpected in Nepal, and can surprise some western guests. Dinner is served late, after 20:00, and breakfast after 8:00. Although delicious, the food is vegetarian (with an extra paid option for meat) and spicy by default. The hotel also plays somewhat loud music on speakers just outside rooms at 22:00 at night and as early as 7:30 in the morning, which is unusual. These don’t ruin the experience or comfort, but they should be known in advance so you can decide if that place is right for you.

“Perfect place for Mind Relaxation”

The hotel is incredible for people who love serenity and tranquility; I felt so isolated from daily chaos. In addition, the hotel staff is amazing and they provide the best options for rooms and dining as well. Love the place. Everything is perfect: cleanliness, dining, food, everything.

“We went for real relaxation but then there wasn’t any Hot water so had trouble even for basics”

Location, clean , friendly staff. No hot water at all

“A real place for retreat and excellent staff like Isha and Laxmi.”

They upgraded my room when I requested a mountain view, and it turned out excellent. Staff are amazing, and the room is spacious and clean. The only drawback is that non‑vegetarians don’t get breakfast.
