The location was excellent and the room was spacious. Most staff were friendly, except for one desk employee who was completely unpleasant—he got mad twice and was not hospitable at all. If you’re having a rough day, don’t take it out on guests; that’s a major reason I wouldn’t come back. We reported a slow drain in the morning, hoping it would be fixed by evening, but it wasn’t.

The beds were comfy and there were plenty of USB ports, but the carpet was dirty and the building had no elevator, only two flights of stairs.

It’s close to the interstate and offers food and fuel, yet the carpets were worn and dirty, the second‑floor ice machine was broken and its alcove was used to store broken dorm refrigerators that were also broken, and the evening staff was not impolite but only processed the bank card without acknowledging us.

The room was FILTHY! Visible dirt and debris on the carpet, dirty footprints in the bathroom, hair on the toilet seat, the shower was leaking so badly there was a massive puddle of water flooding the bathroom floor. The room stunk. We didn’t even check the bedding because the rest of the room was that bad already, we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the bedding at all. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back, will never recommend others to stay there.
