The staff were welcoming when we first arrived, but after that they disappeared and towels were scarce. The bathroom was horrendous—hair everywhere.

The new front desk person tried to help, but the manager didn’t care. Nothing worked, and ADA compliance was ignored. When I told them the shower bench fell out of the wall while helping my 85‑year‑old handicapped dad, they didn’t take it seriously—I even took pictures. I caught my dad from falling, but I was injured. They had my dad sleep on a recliner that didn’t recline, and my husband and I slept on the hard floor because my dad’s health issues meant he couldn’t sleep with his legs down all night.

The location was fine, but the walls were dirty, some towels were dirty, and there was a bad odor.

The Wi‑Fi was dead, and there was trash in the hallway with a funky smell.
