Nothing good; it looked like a pigeon loft, no bathroom door, walls smelled of mold, towels, clothes and bedding were in terrible condition.

The receptionist Luis was a nice, upbeat guy, but the room was in awful condition with cockroaches everywhere, unwashed sheets and pillows in bad shape.

Nothing good. The place smelled extremely moldy, the location was awful… I couldn't stay there at all.

Breakfast was basic: bread, mortadella, margarine, and coffee. The staff were attentive and polite, yet the stay fell short in other areas. I can’t fully assess it. Shared rooms lacked hygiene; sheets, blankets, and pillows smelled of cigarettes and perfume, not washed. It caused itching… Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet lids, cigarette ends scattered on the floor. Lamps malfunctioned, trash was exposed in the corridors… Cockroaches in the water dispenser. I only stayed 12 hours (to sleep). I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs to explore the city on a tight budget.
