The terrace looked nice, though the view was limited. The common area’s design was interesting and the price was reasonable. However, the room had no window; instead there were glass doors looking into the hotel’s interior, which needed to be covered for any privacy, forcing me to use artificial lighting even during the day. The entrance looked like a prison gate and didn’t display the hotel’s name.

The facilities were very pretty and comfortable, and the service was luxurious, but the first room was very small with little space; after a small price difference they gave us a roomy one.

The reception staff were excellent, guiding us on how to get to the places we wanted to visit, and everything was fine.

I appreciated that the host took the time to walk me through all the facilities I could access, guided me on what to do or visit even though the trip was for work, praised Oaxaca’s promotion and attractions, and my room was very comfortable and clean.
