The breakfast was superb, with everything we needed and excellent coffee 😊 The staff were outstanding and very helpful from arrival until departure, making my friend and me feel right at home. Thanks to Mikolaj and the team for everything. I would highly recommend this hotel in Krakow 😍 I liked everything about this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the building was spotless, and the location is central. The on‑site à la carte restaurant serves Sardinian food and is run by very courteous Sardinians. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, so the room on the second floor was a bit inconvenient, especially after long city tours.
