The location is close to the historic center. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Perhaps improve the restaurant dishes, especially the side dishes are very scant, and the Wi‑Fi service is very poor.

I arrived to a room that was very spacious and comfortable, but the view was blocked by a wall.

The historic casona opposite Parque Llano looked pretty, had a large dining area with good food choices, a lovely interior garden, and was quiet; however, it took 8 minutes for hot water to reach the shower, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the safe was too small so I had to ask for hangers, the lighting felt old, the bathrooms were very small, and it was a bit far from the city center but close to nice restaurants.

The location was good, the area was nice, and they even have their own parking.
