The breakfast was plentiful, and Carlos, the afternoon receptionist, was the highlight of the place, with Francisco also standing out at night. The morning reception was terrible, with Braian and Martina answering in a very bad manner, so I wouldn't return. They present themselves as an excellent venue, yet the pool is tiny, dirty, the sauna is small, and the breakfast area is poorly organized. It's not excellent, it's overhyped.

The breakfast, massage service, game room, and overall staff friendliness were great. However, the pool and jacuzzi lacked hygiene, and water had accumulated on the floor of the lounge area, making it very slippery. I suggest adding bathrooms in the pool and spa zone.

The staff were friendly, and the location and facilities were good. The breakfast was more limited than what the photos showed, and the bed in room 110 was very worn out.
