I appreciated the staff’s negative reply, but the front desk agent Fellowes failed to inform me about nearby amenities. When I asked where the good restaurant for breakfast was, he said it was on the back side, yet I walked around and found no restaurant at all. At night I requested dinner and he mentioned “o Fiesta hotel,” which turned out to be a bakery, not a dining venue. I also asked how to catch an auto at 7 am; he told me to go to the main road, but when I looked in the morning I saw 8 to 10 autos queued outside the hotel. At checkout I asked for help with my luggage, and the desk staff at 6:30 am said a boy would arrive at 8:30 am, which was not helpful for a hotel stay.

The hotel sits on a little hidden street, but the only towel for two guests was a pathetic, poor choice. The reception needed a smiling person; when I asked for a glass of water at breakfast, they said it was chargeable.

The location was fine, but they charged me for the entire stay despite booking through you and making the payment to you, resulting in a double payment.
