The staff was welcoming and very attentive, offering an alternative breakfast to suit our family's food allergies. The décor had rustic touches but modern comforts. Our family included two seniors and a child, and everyone was very comfortable. Because our room faced the street, there was a lot of noise all night. If we stay at Acoma again, we will ask for a different room.

The location was great, but the value for money was terrible. The room was tiny and had a glass door, so light seeped in all night. The shower was disappointing; I had to request a different room the next day to shower.
