The room was nice and comfortable with lovely design details and was clean. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was very delicious. Receptionist Roberta was very kind, polite and helpful; thanks for the warm Italian hospitality ❤️. No issues.

The staff were super friendly. The structure and furnishings need to be reviewed.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. The price is very high.

Central location near the city center, the room was quiet and the breakfast was good. The room we received wasn’t the one listed on the website and had a strong cigarette smell, as if it were a smoking room but marked non‑smoking. The reception lady, after we reported it, put a purifier in the room, but it didn’t help much. I slept poorly and woke up with a sore throat. At check‑out there was no commercial gesture to apologize for the inconvenience, a shame!
